1. Refund Policy

MojoSakura provides educational digital memberships that are unlocked instantly upon successful payment. Due to the digital nature of our products and services:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unhappy with your premium features or experience technical difficulties that prevent you from using the app, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
  • How to Request: Please send an email to support@mojosakura.com with your account email and transaction ID. Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days, and funds will be returned to your original payment card.
  • Post-7 Days: Purchases made more than 7 days ago are generally non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellation

If your premium package is on a monthly/recurring billing plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be made.
