By accessing or using the MojoSakura website and our digital Japanese learning platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Products & Subscriptions

MojoSakura provides educational digital memberships. All subscriptions grant temporary or lifetime digital access to our vocabulary learning platform and premium tools.

• Billing & Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize MojoSakura to charge your payment method for the selected package price.
• No Auto-Renewal without Consent: Subscriptions are clearly labeled as one-time fixed-term packages or auto-renewing memberships at the time of purchase.

3. Prohibited Uses & Compliance

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, or scraping our curated Japanese database. Furthermore, you agree not to use our services in connection with any restricted or illegal activity as defined by law and Stripe's Restricted Businesses policy.
